Welcome to NeuroTalk.

It sounds like you suffered an upper neck injury that caused your headaches. Your neck recovered somewhat but then in March, you aggravated the neck injury and made it worse.

What kinds of physical activities were you doing in late February and into March?

What kind of posture do you maintain when you rest?

Have you tried icing your neck?

Any kind of neck therapy?
