Thank you both. I found a therapist in my area that specializes in concussion anxiety, and hoping to work on the symptoms that arise even with a minor head bump.

It's such a hard ride and I need to get my anxiety under control to make it bearable. Definitely part of the somatic anxiety symptoms that were linked here.
