Help new headaches

Is it possible to hit your head, and not get a concussion but still have it trigger headaches for a while? I hit my head again and my headaches returned after being absent for a long time. I really don't want this to be forever now.

Stop projecting everything into the future. That alone will cause headaches to last longer.

I bet you are checking for headache symptoms. Stop that.

If I check for headache symptoms, I will notice some level of minor headache at least 20% of the time. If I ignore them, I can ignore them 95% of the time.

Maybe some of you young people need to meet some old people and learn about the many aches and pains they have lived with. Life comes with aches and pains.
