No worries, that is a normal life bump that we wouldn't give a second thought to before any head injuries.

Our heads are pretty tough for the most part.

I think worry comes from thinking about the future and what can go wrong there...live one day at a time and sometimes I have to live one minute at a time. There are things that require future plans but don't spend time on the negative possibilities that we control.
