Default Banged head...again!

I have been reading this forum for a while as I have been recovering from PCS for a year. And making great progress, almost fully recovered!
I've also read a LOT of posts about people hitting their heads again after PCS. Well I really went and done it this time.
Today I had a steel frame weighing about 20kg fall about 1m right onto the top of my head. I didn't black out but fell to the ground with blood gushing from my head. Got checked out at emergency and CT scan was clear. A few stitches and a small pamphlet on head injuries they gave me last time I was in the ED with a concussion that didn't go away for more than a year.
So yeah a pretty big impact and of course I can't help but think about the future. Any advice for how to treat the next few days and weeks to minimise the possibility of my PCS coming back full force?

Chere's.
