Hi, Been doing really well lately with head stuff, but the other day someone opened the cabinet while i was below and I leaned up and my head hit it. Headaches back now, should I be concerned about something more serious?

Hey brother I know it's hard to explain but how would you best explain how you're feeling? Has your situation improved?

Same thing happened to me a week ago. I’m eight months post concussion, with considerable fatigue and some residual vision/vestibular issues... and a cupboard door whacked the side of my head a week ago.
I now feel like I’ve been set back by 4-5 months. My headaches, fatigue, and vestibular issues are all maybe 30% worse. I was just barely holding onto my job, and now I feel like I’m done. |
