Thumbs up Third time's a charm!

First of all let me say Hello and a big Thank You for the existence of this forum.
I delt with some form of PCS back in November 2015.

I was sparring like any other friday in the boxing gym when after the sparring i felt dizzy. I returned home that night with the impression that something was not right. I have been hit with many big shots in my life and that day I did not. I remembered everything but the dizzy feeling lasted 3 days and I decided to
go to the hospital. That day the doctor told me that I prob had a concussion and to refrain from sparring and so I did. I became asymtomatic and went back to get some rounds on the punching bag. Bad choice. The dizzy feeling came back. And i decided to do just weights and some wrestling for those two months. These activities did not give me any symptoms. Only some minor headaches.
But in Jan 2016 one of my co wrestlers put me on my head and i banged it on the mat. I experienced symtoms for 5 days and was symtomatic during workouts for a couple of months so I decited to stop working out. On April 2016 I got perscribed Zoloft which made me feel better and I focused on finishing my Master Studies as I was studing to become a filmmaker.

I directed two short movies in my recovery and managed to do pretty well.
One of them went to Cannes Film Festival.
I went back on training May 2017 and started lifting heavy.
I did this for a year eventually I started working on the boxing back and i came to the best shape of my life!
But on the night of August 1st I went to spar again in the boxing gym.
After that night my symtoms have returned I had to
fly from Los Angeles to Greece where my parents are so I can rest my doctor put me back on Zoloft. I am slightly dizzy everyday a bit confused, anxious and any level of activity will bring on a headache. MRI is clear CT clear.
Its been a month now and I ve seen 3 neurologist. One told me its phycosomatic the other told me that its gonna clear in 3 months and to keep active and workout. And another one told me that I have Migranious Vestibulopathy and that i need to keep the same level of workout intensity every day. So I decited to swim in the pool. But this makes me get a headache!

Anyway that was my story
Personally I think my Judo (20 years)and Boxing pursuits (8 years) is what brought this on.
Maybe too many sub concussive blows and some concussions.
I think I was a bit naive for sparring again. But I felt so happy doing it after a long time. Then i felt like ****!
Now I stand on the base of the mountain that I once climed and barely made it and I have to do it again!

I hope this time clears out quickly.
And I wanna say that who ever goes through it is a worrior
Now I must go back my mountain awaits me!

I guess what made me join is that I wanted to ask you. I went 4 rounds and maybe i got 3-4 light punches. But the symptoms seem disproportionate to the punches i received.

Is it going to take more time every time that happens or its just an aggitation of the symptoms. Since im not sure there was enough force to cause real damage.
But why does it feel worse? Maybe my reaction is worse?
