Help Need Help for serious brain injury

My Brother had serious brain injury almost year and half ago. Now he is unable to talk and not senses. Now he is at home and family has no idea what to do for his improvement ....I need help....if anyone knows any good neuro surgeon or any physician who can tell me where his recovery stand and will he able to talk day. he do make noise and few sound but still not in sense because i heard that brain itself heel but it take time. any medicine or precautions for his recovery ....Thankx

He has two little kids and really need help
