Default Inquiry on Curcumin

Hi everyone,

in the vitamin sticky Mark emphasized the effectiveness of Curcumin.

On Wikipedia, studies are quoted which found no clinical evidence and stated a rather poor bio-availability.

Could someone please shine some light on this issue?

Thank you in advance.
