Default Up's and downs

Hey,
Im going through a hard time this week facing really strong Symptoms with anxiety and Panic. My accident happened around 3 years ago. Since then in Overall, I feel that my conidition improved extremely. The only Thing that is kinda discouraging me is that sometimes, like every few months, there are the few days or a week that is just horrible and makes me feel that I will never recover. The Symptoms in These times are never the same, Im facing everytime something new when I got those days.
Is there anyone else here, who experienced this?

I will make a big post about my PCS and my way to recovery soon.
Just know that you're not alone.
Greetings and best wishes to all of you.

Hi,
I'm definitely feeling the ups and downs myself. Some days, I feel this is cured, but then the very next day, back again. It seems it's on and off. I had to miss a special event yesterday because of this.

The anxiety I'm feeling, like you, is very high as well and intense. My symptoms change too. My boss asks how I am feeling and I feel I can't answer that question, you know?

I think it's because it feels like it's not going to go away (like a cold or something). But, I find one thing helps and that is getting distracted...brief talking to people, doing a mindless task or anything to not think about the concussion.

I'm still on the path too. My concussion happened in early September. I'm hoping this will clear up soon.

Best wishes...let me know how you're doing!

I'm 4 years 9 months in and made what you could call an incomplete recovery. Some days I feel great but have trouble stringing great days together for any length of time. The best recently was 7 days before I became anxious for some reason and my sleep went to pot. It's always been one step forward half a step back during my recovery, but this year has seen a big improvement and I feel I'm tantalising close to recovery. It just proves that you can't put a time limit on recovery.
