I remember trying to run early on but got a jabbing pain in my head so I stopped and went back to building slowly. Can't rush PCS recovery.

For me, I felt great after a month of treatment, went out did a strenous cardio workout and felt "something" in my head and haven't been the same since. That was back in April and I'm still trying to get back to where I felt like I was recovered. What a slow slog. I start to feel good and I push myself and set myself back. I guess I need to take it slow, which is a real bummer because I was very fit, very into High Intensity Workouts, MTN Biking and skiing. Now, I take a lot of walks.

Every recovery program uses gradual return to more intense activity levels. One uses return of symptoms after activities to measure whether one has recovered the tolerance to be more active.

What was the "month of treatment" you received?

I did a month of Gyrostim and Dynavision treatment. Walked out feeling great and then over did it in the weeks after, going back to try that again starting on Friday.
