I remember trying to run early on but got a jabbing pain in my head so I stopped and went back to building slowly. Can't rush PCS recovery.
For me, I felt great after a month of treatment, went out did a strenous cardio workout and felt "something" in my head and haven't been the same since. That was back in April and I'm still trying to get back to where I felt like I was recovered. What a slow slog. I start to feel good and I push myself and set myself back. I guess I need to take it slow, which is a real bummer because I was very fit, very into High Intensity Workouts, MTN Biking and skiing. Now, I take a lot of walks.
