Default Adderall doesn't work anymore

Hello. This is my first post. Im trying to see if anyone out there has experienced or has any information on my situation. Bullet points are:
- Im 32 and have been prescribed to adderall since I was 12.
- I own and operate a tree service which lead to me falling out of a tree 6 months ago
- Triple Hematoma, broken vertabrae, scapula, ribs, and lacerations.

I've pretty much made a full recovery except for the title of this post. They do not work at all and my motivation and moods are just terrible. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
