Default A bad day & was finally feeling normal again

I was finally feeling normal again or the closest I have in a while and today I'm having such a flare of headaches and nauseas head and emotional symptoms. Some soft blankets fell against my head this morning, while sitting on floor, I had to slow down car going out into the traffic from a lot, but it was only like ten miles to fifteen. The real bad flare though was when I was waliking walking down stairs quickly and then had had in my face and I shot my hand up quickly and my fingertips hit my forehead. My sports medicine clinic/concussion neurologist most likely won't return my call until tomorrow. My physical therapist really wants me to take a week off from emailing her and try self management and insists there's no damage. My local immediate care told me there was no damage. My old neurologist (who I no longer see) was my last resort to call and her staff nurse just told me to go see a psychiatrist and to stop calling them.
I feel so discouraged because I've been doing so much better and these seemingly normal things are making me feel crazy and bad again. I'm still worried about another concussion

As my neuropsych keeps reminding me, “You will have good days and you will have bad days. Neither is permanent.” Do whatever you need to do to feel better right now. Hang in there!
