Frown Please help, worst "flare" in months

Hello
Double concussion this past January
Had two concussions growing up w some other minor bumps that caused symptoms.

Long story short I'm having the worst symptoms I've had since my
original injury
This morning I had the left side of my head rested on my hand which was on my pillow
I had my hand
turned upward for a while and then flattened it again but my head was resting on it and then obviously my hand hit the pillow w my head on it
Then just laying in bed w hand on head I either moved elbow too suddenly or moved downwards too suddenly because the side of my head hated the sudden pressure
I went to sports medicine and they are confident it's not another injury and they don't think this did any brain damage but I've been feeling horrible
All day just so foggy and dazed and like the left side of my head is just so strange it's not pain but it's a very uncomfortable feeling

What is going on

Sounds more like you slept wrong and kinked your neck..it is virtually impossible for you to have injured yourself laying on your hand unless your skull was shattered there.
