Default Injury Nightmare/Sleepwalking...what's real?

Has anyone here had any experience with nightmares about head impacts or sleepwalking? If so, what did you do to help?

I woke up this morning with a blanket on me that was all the way across the room when I went to sleep, I was in a different position than how I went to sleep, and with the safety pillow that I keep against my headboard on my lap. I also had a dream during the night that I was walking and my friend hit me in the head. I've had nightmares about concussions on occasions when I woke up and my bed was normal. That being said, I'm terrified that this time I could've slept walked and gotten a hit on the head. I went to sports medicine today just to check and they said they felt no bumps and my neuro exam was totally normal and to just work on my sleep habits and anxiety. They said I have neck tension on my right side though. They think I would've woken up if anything serious happened but yikes. One good thing is that I woke up on my back and holding the safety pillow in my arms, so maybe I just felt it pressing on my head during the night and grabbed it to make room behind me

TL,DR: I had an injury dream and eventually woke up in a new position and with a different blanket and my headboard pillow on my lap. Anxiety flare

I had nightmares for awhile after my accident.

At my age I mostly sleepwalk every trip to the bathroom at night!
