interesting, I will have to look at that. and mostly occular exercises following dots and specific cardio exercises to stimulate specific parts of the brain. the term chiropractic used here confuses me since There really wasn't any kind of spinal adjustment

I started the full vitamin list you posted and have removed all alcohol and im down to one diet soda a day, I started with CDP choline before the rest (it arrived first) and its been three days and I would describe it as a very trippy experience how was it for you?
