I believe I have experienced what you're describing. For me it happened only once, about nine months ago. It felt like my head was being sucked downwards. Very strange and difficult to describe.

I don't know what caused it. I also don't remember whether it went along with any other changes in my symptoms. Sorry I can't be of more help. I'll post again if I find anything out.
