Default Question about max g force at walking speeds

Hi. While carrying a box, I walked into a door. There was no impact to the head but I was walking pretty fast and felt my head jerk painfully hard. Need to know what is the max force that could have been to my brain.

Also would like any info about the durability of brain compared to something like skin. with skin, you can slap a table and think nothing of it and not even bruise. what kind of damage would that do to brain from in your head?
