Crazy TBI and Post Concussion Syndrome

Hello, I was injured while playing basketball and have been dealing with PCS for about 4 months now. What is the best advice you would give? Do you have any suggestion on great ear plugs and noise canceling headphones? Im also insanely sensitive to the light. All suggestions are welcomed. Thank you.
