Default Humming sounds and unusual wavy sickness in bed

I posted yesterday about a more intense sudden upper body shake/flinch the other day while being hunched forward tensed but scared by this bug
Now
I'm feeling disturbed by this humming sound that goes on and off in my ear when I lay down
It's often there with some feelings of waves or pulsing movement through my body ThT feels like I'm feeling my blood flow so strong it's like waves and then dizziness
Doctor said my movement wouldn't have caused injury but this spike in symptoms seems so weird so intense
I'm scared because of the head pressure I have that blood vessels could have been damaged or fluid could be increasing in pressure
I just don't know
