Exclamation Can turning your head really fast side to side cause brain damage?

Hi, this is my first post and I’m sorry if this question may seem silly but I’m suffering from OCD about brain damage and was wondering if using your palm to push against the jaw (not slapping but pushing) to rotate the head can cause a concussion? Someone did this to me (but it wasn’t hard) but a few hours later my anxiety kicked in and I gave into my compulsion and did the exact same thing to myself a few times but I did it somewhat harder and faster to reassure myself it can’t do damage but I am now extremely worried of whether I have caused any brain damage.

Thanks in advance and I have now learned to resist my compulsions
