Default The concussion healing process

I have had several concussions and am interested in learning more about other people's healing processes.

What problems did you face after getting a concussion? What problems might not be so obvious to others?

Was traveling difficult while being concussed? What riding in a car uncomfortable? Did riding over speed bumps, potholes, railroad tracks... cause pain or bring back feelings of a concussion?

Finally what homemade solutions did you have to create yourself to mitigate some of your concussion pains and problems?

Thanks for all the helpful response!
