So I was walking looking down at my phone, going slow, but my foot walked into a weight and jammed and i stopped and it felt sudden and I felt like a jar up my neck and through my head. I'm feeling anxious because it felt strong going up my neck.
It was a sudden stop because the weight did not move. I'm getting a headache on the right after it happened. What is going on here? Clearly your foot is far from your head. I felt it in my head though. |
