As Bud has reminded us all. If a simple bump did not cause a problem prior to your concussion, it will not cause a problem after your concussion. You brain may try to play a memorized symptom track but that is just anxiety.
So, when that bump happens, think back to how you ignored it before your concussion and move ahead the same way. The simple truth is this. Once the bump happens, there is NOTHING you can do to undo that bump. Nobody has a bump back in time time machine. So, say ouch if need be and go on.

Thanks Mark, I know you reply a lot on here and I appreciate it. Makes complete sense. I may be like a lot of people on her where I believe I am smart enough to realize these little bumps can't cause a concussion. For whatever reason my body doesn't process that the same way and I overreact causing anxiety. But i love your saying that no one has a bump back in time time machine. Great perspective, thanks!
