Hi,
I have not been here for a long time. I was feeling so much better. I really thought that I was almost healed. Feeling really good the past 6 month. Almost no symptoms. I even got rid of my anxiety. Had a lot of spooky situations, but nothing happened because I didn't think of it.

But now it is all back. I didn't hit my head. My dad passed away suddenly two weeks ago while he was on vacation in Italy. The first week I was crying a lot, but my head was okay. A week ago I started getting symptoms. My ears were ringing, I was nauseous and dizzy. Went to bed that day thinking that I would feel better the next day. But I woke up with all of my concussion symptoms. Feels like day one in a concussion and it does not get better.

What's the cause? I don't know what to do
