Hello,
I’m having weird head sensations like pressure and I can’t tell if this is a sign that something boggled around, or if this is an anxiety tension headache. Does this sound like enough of a force/stop to do anything? I crouching down suddenly beside my bed with my arm out, and my arm hit the bed. I know that’s fine, but I kept moving my chin for a moment. And I’m not sure if it may have bumped my pillow a bit...Pillow was hanging off the end of the bed. It may have just been my hair pushing up against my chin. Or it may have been my chin making contact as I crouched down. Then immediately my anxiety said “be careful! Don’t bump your chin!” and now I’m thinking that a sudden stop to the head/chin gave me a concussion. I’m thinking of it like a sudden stop against an object, but pillows do give a bit. I’m telling myself it’s just anxiety. |
