It has helped some who have unstable ligaments in the upper neck. Do your homework/due diligence to find a good practitioner. There is also PRP, Platelet Rich Plasma. It works similar to Prolo is triggering healing response.

The key issue will be your own discipline to not strain the injured area by sleeping with poor posture and putting strain on the ligaments.
