Default Immediate Concussion Symptoms

Hi,
I think the thing that really bothers me about bumping my head is that I am not sure right after the bump if I am going to get symptoms later on. Is there any immediate symptoms that would always be present, or is it possible to feel completely fine right after a bump and then have symptoms come on hours or days later? What would the immediate symptoms be if there are any?
