Default Christmas stimulation?

Season greetings is anyone else feeling the agony of xmas family gathering issues with stomach issues, headpain, over stimulation, emotional meltdowms
Etc . . ?

I'm feeling bad about watching all my family watching a movie and Im sitting at a table by myself trying to avoid screens (yes really) . Just want to jointhembut cant, no one has said anything which is good but just crave to be alone still want to be with my family,im so lucky to have us all together this xmas. Grateful but reality check is imdifferne than beforemand it really hits home now.

Sorry about spelling but too tired to and cant see to change anymore. Warm wishes to everyone
