Default Potentially beware of fish oil!

Sorry not to scare everyone but a lot of people on this site recommend fish oil i’ve been taking it also but for not to long but i wont be anymore due to some info i found.Here is the link there is some really good info on this site regarding other things as well such as is too much serotonin bad?

I'm not impressed with Ray Peat. When an 'expert' says, 'Believe me and do as I say' but blocks all discussion of his theories, I am skeptical. He takes everything to such an extreme.

Sure am.

That Ray Peat article is 12 years old. Is he the only one in 12 years to claim Omega fish oil is questionable?
