Default What helped you?Anyone with severe dizziness and nausea with concussion?

Happy New Year to all!
Curious if there are folks with severe nausea and dizziness while recovering from concussion? Any tips? What helped you?

As I mentioned in one of my earlier posts, I am 5 months in after I hit my head on the car door.. I started feeling 70%better, yet last week I managed to bump into the doorway in the dark at night. Next morning, all and Worse symptoms came back with ferocity!

I have an extreme nausea and dizziness and not able to get up because of this, not mentioning headaches and sensitivity to lights and sounds..I’m trying to curb my anxiety, but frustration is taking over! I can’t imagine to live in my bedroom and being a single mom hide from my kids for another year..

Please share what helped you, esp with nausea and dizziness? And headaches )

Thank you 🙏

Our search tool can help you find specific past posted info..
try key words separately - severe nausea - then dizziness.
Should find a lot of info.
Or web search if nothing comes up..

Or some migraines could trigger those symptoms.
