After 2 of my serious concussions, one in 1996 and the other in 2004, I had headaches that lasted over 6 months. My doctor recommended maximum dose Tylenol combined with maximum dose aspirin. They are routinely combined. It works for me.

Have you checked your blood pressure? I bet your blood pressure is spiking from your anxiety.
