Hello everyone:
Just wanted to see if anyone is in the same boat and what helped you? I have been suffering from the severe headaches with nausea and dizziness after I bumped into the door frame in the dark ( while still not fully recovered from the first concussion acquired 5 months ago). The headaches and dizziness started over a week ago and have not subsided after a week of rest, Advil, good night sleep.. The pain totally crippled me in terms of not even being able to talk.. I’m suspecting migraines, but wouldn’t Advil help? Anyone with similar issues? |

After 2 of my serious concussions, one in 1996 and the other in 2004, I had headaches that lasted over 6 months. My doctor recommended maximum dose Tylenol combined with maximum dose aspirin. They are routinely combined. It works for me.
Have you checked your blood pressure? I bet your blood pressure is spiking from your anxiety.
