Default it could be worse..

Hello again!

unfortunately, yesterday was not a good evening for me. I was leaving the pool hall with a buddy of mine. As i was walking towards the exit, a women was talking to a man, and she backed up in my direction and moved her head back, almost making contact with my head

In response, I dodged it ( I moved my head back in a fast manner. No contact, which is a good thing. I was startled and angry. but hey, things happen.

However, today was not good. My vision was blurry, neck hurts, headaches. Right now, I am feeling a little better, it could be worse.

I guess this is a venting post. any insights would be great.

Default

I made an appointment with my sports doctors (He treated my concussion in the past) regarding this.

I am icing my neck, practicing good posture and I feel better now. I also see my counselor on a monthly basis regarding my anxiety related to my concussion in the past. I am in a pretty good place but its tough. I have a job interview for a supervisor position at my work in a few days. Talk about bad timing..

is there anything else I can do?

Alex
