Default Constant bumps? Help

My coworker picked me up today for a two hour trip both ways and i didn’t know she had a punch bug. I felt every single bump for all four hours there and back. I get really motion sick anyway but this couldn’t possibly cause a reinjury or be anything to worry about right? I know normal car rides and bumps are fine but what about constant bumps for 2 hours at a time? I am severely dizzy and nauseous and am scared it jostled my brain too much and I’m going to have a setback or reinjury...

Anyone know anything about this?
