Default Bumped head on metal lamp shade

Hi all,

I walked into a suspended metal lampshade the other day and it's triggered symptoms.

It wasn't a hard impact, I was walking fairly slowly back to a breakfast table and the lampshade moved on impact.

I had a dull headache all day, felt tired a few hours later and didn't feel right in work the next day. I felt really fatigued on the way home.

A head-injury advice line I use are sure it's an anxiety response, but I'm not convinced.

Today I went to the supermarket and my head felt really swimmy at the self-service checkout. I almost had a car accident on the way home at an unfamiliar road-junction.

I was unable to go to work yesterday due to a mild virus and am wondering whether this is contributing.

I just can't get past the fact that I've walked into what is basically a suspended, metal bowl of at least 1kg.
