Confused Dropped my phone on my head

Hello, this is my first post, apologies if my english isn’t up to snuff, it’s not my first language.

Basically what happened was that i asked my brother to get me my phone, and he dropped it on my head from i would say a little less than arms lengh.

I didn’t really think anything of it, since stuff like that happened all the time before my concussion and it never bothered me then. Well that was a couple or hours ago, and since then i have gotten very nauseous and the concussion headache got alot worse, which is weird because it has been steady for 2 weeks now.

It’s just a normal iphone with a case with all my cards and stuff so it weighs slightly more than just the iphone, but the weight is still pretty much nothing, so i’m wondering if it actually did something or if my subconscious is anxious about it if that is a thing? I know that anxiety can cause symptoms, but as i wrote previously i didn’t even stop to think about it, and had to backtrack through recent events to find a cause for the sudden shift in my experience of symptoms.

Sorry if this question is dumb, but when i was let out of the hospital i was only told not to watch TV and relax, so i’m sort of lost on how much force it would take to make it worse. Thanks in advance
