TT is painful but learning to self correct it is helpful. Did the anesthesiologist use Versed? It can take a while to clear the system.

100 sys when you are just waking up is ok but is low when you are up and about. 110 t0 120 is more normal.

Propanolol or atenolol can sometimes help lower anxiety by lowering BP.

If your BP has been 160 and above, that alone can cause your miserable feelings. You should focus on getting it under control.
