Lost Soul88,
What part of "It takes 60 Gs to cause a concussion." are you struggling to understand? An unresolved vestibular trauma can be causing most of your struggles. Hold onto that as your next goal as you seek improvement. After that gets started, upper cervical issues can be investigated. Your "I'm afraid of another concussion if I..........." will prevent you from getting better. You need to get a focus of the various things YOU can do to start moving forward. Start a journal of the things you want to pursue to seek improvement. You need to see these goals as you consider your days. What are you doing to occupy your days? You need to keep your mind active in a low stress way.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who experiences this sensitivity to jolting. Today I was literally just walking in my kitchen with slippers on and tripped over my own feet. I didn't fall thankfully but really felt the jolt in my head, which has now manifested into a massive headache.
Super frustrating, as there is no way a simple misstep or stumble can cause 60Gs to go to the head, but it can bring on all of the same symptoms. I have the same issue with stepping off curbs, or too hard on uneven surfaces. |
