Default PCS: ear/eye “rubber band” pressure 18-24 months later

Hi all - first time post here and hoping to see if anyone has had some similar PCS symptoms to me, and if so, if they have any advice..

I’ve had a few concussions over the past 5-6 years (from boxing sparring) culminating in a mild one a bit under 2 years ago before I decided to hang it up. This time around, I never quite fully recovered - I’ve since had ear pressure and eye pressure, and the sensation of a rubber band around my brain, that went from constant in the early months to intermittent ever since. It is not debilitating but uncomfortable. It most often comes after cognitive or physical exertion, but sometimes just randomly.

I can’t find any commentary online about how to deal with these symptoms and I haven’t been able to identify anything myself that helps.

Any experience with this/thoughts?
