Question upper cervial neck adjustment, alternatives for NUCCA in Germany

I was looking through the threads about upper cervical neck adjustment (esp. C-1 and C-2 settle down) and was considering such treatment for myself (besides icing and sleep posture).
Its nearly impossible to find a NUCCA certified and trained chiropractor in my region. However, I've found some from the Ackermann College in Sweden or practitioners for Sacro-Occipital technique.

Has anyone ever had experiences with these kinds of chiropractic?
Any good advice about finding american-certified chiropractors abroad? Maybe even some advice for the region of Munich.
