Hi, I am about a year into my recovery from my last concussion and am very limited in my activities as anything that gets my heart rate too high effects me. Any thoughts on activities others have found helpful while not able to do much physically?
Thanks |

And because my accident was a work injury, those privet investigators just ate it up.....Then my attorneys talked to my Dr. and therapists, and they all said the same thing....Try and do what you can, be safe, and never push it. So the most important thing is be safe, dont over do it. |

Hi there i went through the same problem and it took me along time before the headpain would not start. I started with one step then took thr elevator, I Walked
![]() Jo mar's suggestion of slow and steady really helped me. I bought a puzle and would do a couple pieces then would back off, same as talking, walking, computer etc. Back Off or stop any activity that causes pain or your bp to raise. Im much better now but it's almost 3 years and slow and steady will yield the best results. It takes time but always try until your body says stop. Hope you feel better Susan |
