I am currently seeing a chiropractor where we are working on balance exercises, gaze stabilization exercises, and some neck work. He only adjusted my neck the first two visits, and hasn't since as he wants to take a more gentle approach moving forward. I haven't really seen any improvement with my neck.
Has anyone tried an atlas orthogonal chiropractor? I know with a lot of head trauma/whiplash the C1 and C2 could have issues. I'm not sure if this is a better approach, as I know they do x-rays which could be more beneficial? |
