If you jerk your head back sharply in a startle reflex in attempt to avoid something hitting your face, is there enough force in that movement to cause another concussion?
Around 9 months PCS and almost walked into a branch yesterday, jerked back extremely suddenly with a sharp stop at the end to avoid it. |
