Best Nootropics for Traumatic Brain Injury & Concussion – Nootropics Expert
Lot of good info here. Even though I don't deal with concussions, I love to find good info and share with others. I see Resveratrol and Pycnogenol are mentioned here, well when I got on my Grape Seed Extract journey I was taking Pycnogenol for the 1st yr. Then found Grape Seed Extract and Resveratrol came along maybe 10 yrs ago or, and I have not taken it, as Grape Seed does it in my life... PLEASE do for your research, and know that the above two and Grape Seed Extract are not to be used with pharma blood thinners. |

Caroline,
We have discussed nootropics over and over for years on the PCS forum.
