Hi Mark
I'm sorry you suffered with symptoms from C-1 and C-2 alignment. That can be very painful, complex and challenging. I'm happy you were able to stabilize!

I highly recommend an evaluation by a functional neuro chiropractic FNC doctor for all TBI patients. I continue some therepy there twice a month.

I know everyone is different but I was able to heal through a gradual process of rest then PT w FNC which consisted of neck assessments and treatment.

I also spent time healing through mediation.
