Default PCS: What do new symptoms mean in general?

Hello,

This has happened sometimes before but I haven't really asked a question regarding this matter. Two weeks ago I had new symptoms appear randomly such as aches in my right arm, I used to have these in my left arm only. I'm confused as to what this means.

Are these just random symptoms popping up? Or is it an indicator of new damage from giving my brain some bad time or what?

Thanks
