Default PCS: What do new symptoms mean in general?

Hello,

This has happened sometimes before but I haven't really asked a question regarding this matter. Two weeks ago I had new symptoms appear randomly such as aches in my right arm, I used to have these in my left arm only. I'm confused as to what this means.

Are these just random symptoms popping up? Or is it an indicator of new damage from giving my brain some bad time or what?

Thanks

That's hard to answer without knowing more information..
Most likely not brain damage related..
It could be unrelated arm pain due to activities.
If you can list out your activities and symptoms it might help..

*There is often a whiplash effect with concussions, or some upper C spine misalignment strain..*
It can be a factor in arm pain, also repetitive motion (phone/computer/desk work, weight lifting.. etc)
many posts on upper cervical adjustment to search for.. or nucca , upper C spine..

PT evaluation (expert) could be explored, it might be just soft tissue related.

It's not related to other activities, I'm pretty sure of that. And the chiropractors that I've visited have also confirmed that I have no whiplash . I first got the aches in my left arm and they have stayed for 1,5 year after I went jogging (which caused more brain damage) for 20 minutes and ended up with nerve pain, weak right thigh, left arm aches and other symptoms. This developed into aches in my middle hand and the side of my hands to my feet and not my right arm.

What I could guess is that it may be exercise that is causing all of this by activating and stressing parts of my brain causing all kinds of symptoms (not necessarily bad). But then again exercise must have activated the right arm aches only because the others came before I even started exercising which was in the beginning of this year.

I strongly doubt this is brain related. Only the brain stem has any connection to the arms. It is more likely upper spine, between your shoulder blades. I have had left arm issues, on and off for decades. Resolving the issue in my upper spine resolves it. Upper thoracic and lower cervical alignment and stability are key. Shoulder, but mostly elbow to hands, including fingers will have pain or numbness.

What was the hit area of your original concussion?
A side hit, back of head, frontal, or top downward?
How did it happen? Car accident, a fall/falling object, something hit you, ect?

Some of the symptoms you mention (nerve pain, weak right thigh, left arm aches and other symptoms. This developed into aches in my middle hand and the side of my hands to my feet and not my right arm. ) could be unrelated, a general check up might be good , don't assume all symptoms are concussion related.. Especially new symptoms..

Depending on your age & overall health, things start to accumulate...
Also consider if any close relatives have any neuro/muscular conditions.
