Default Meditation and TBI

This topic may be posted here somewhere but I'll post this one as it just makes so much sense...Meditation HELPS everything....

Even doing a Silent Meditation a few times daily for short periods or longer periods can have a very positive impact on the brain and whole being.

No, but if I did I would certainly look at Meditation for my injury and I would run this by my doctor(s)... Too much info?

Meditation does not only have to be in quiet!

Some yoga uses meditation, chanting is meditation....Many of us have to much going on in our heads for silent meditation...

My point is its not one size or type fits all!

Of course it's not one size fits all, but it can take TIME to find the size that fits your life...I've tried so many types of meditations and found one that fits me some yrs ago in the form of silent meditation group I was attending, we were even allowed to "lie down" to meditate, just don't fall asleep. So at home and my late age, I lie down and meditate silently....works great, and Wakes up my body and gives me a clearer mind....I don't deal with TBI but as I've said I believe it can help everyone......
